The Manage My Account and Western Union Speedpay payment options on horryelectric.com will both be disabled at 5 p.m. today. MyUsage.com, which is a ‘Quick Link’ on Horry Electric’s home page, will also be disabled.
“These services are not being eliminated,” says Gail Morton, supervisor of the service department at Horry Electric Cooperative. “The temporary shut down is just part of our transition from the old system to the new system today.”
